Brief description:
The New Zealand Aid Programme offers several different types of scholarship.  There are four types of scholarships for full-time tertiary level study in New Zealand:

Depending on the country you are from, New Zealand Scholarships are available for the following level of studies: Postgraduate Certificate (6 months), Postgraduate Diploma (1 year), Masters Degree (1 – 2 years) or PhD (up to 3.5 years).
Preferred fields of study are those that are most relevant to the development needs of your country (i.e. renewable energy, agriculture development, disaster risk management, private sector development, public sector development).  Find out the preferred subjects for your country.
Target group:
The scholarships are open to citizens of selected countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Carribbean. Please see the complete list of eligible countries.
Scholarship value/inclusions:
The scholarships include full tuition fees, a living allowance (NZ$480 per week), an establishment allowance (NZ$3000), medical and travel insurance, travel between your home country and New Zealand at the start and end of your scholarship, home leave or reunion travel for some eligible scholars, pastoral and academic support at your institution, and assistance with research and thesis costs for most postgraduate research students.
Eligibility:
Applicants must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a New Zealand Scholarship:
• Be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of commencing your scholarship.
• Be a citizen of the country from which you are applying for a scholarship and have resided in that country for at least the last two years.
• Not a citizen or permanent resident of any the following countries: New Zealand, Australia, Israel, South Korea, Japan, USA, any European Union country, Qatar, United Kingdom, Canada, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. (Note: This criteria does not apply to people from Niue, Cook Islands, Tokelau who are New Zealand citizens, and it also does not apply to NZ-Samoan dual citizens.)
• Meet the Immigration requirements for a student visa to New Zealand or the Pacific country you will study in (i.e. medical checks, etc.).
• Meet the academic entry requirements (including English language ability) for your preferred programme of study and institution. Refer to the website of your preferred institution to confirm entry requirements.
• Have at least one year full time (two-year’s part time) work experience relevant to your career and/or preferred qualification unless you are applying straight from school or during my first year of tertiary study (for countries offered undergraduate study).
• Intend to return to your home country for a minimum of two years on completion of the scholarship.

Applications can be done online or paper-based depending on your country. Applicants from countries that are eligible for both online or paper-based applications, can apply from 1 February until 14 March 2018 (12pm NZ Time) while applicants from eligible countries that can only apply online can do so from 15 February until 28 March 2018 (12pm NZ Time). For New Zealand Commonwealth scholarships, only paper applications are accepted from 1 February to 28nMarch 2018.  Read the application schedule to know which countries can apply during which application period.

Türkiye Graduate Scholarships for International Students 2018/2019

Undergraduate applications for these countries will be received in the third round between the dates 16 April – 27 May 2018.
Scholarship value/inclusions:
The scholarship includes monthly allowance, accommodation, tuition fees, 1-year Turkish language course, travel costs, and health insurance.
Eligibility:
• Candidates who have graduated or are likely to graduate from an educational institution equivalent to that of Türkiye’s in the present academic (i.e. bachelor’s degree for master’s level) can apply to Türkiye Scholarships.
• There is also age condition for candidates required to meet.
• For applicants applying to Undergraduate Degree: Those who were born no earlier than 01.01.1997,
• For applicants applying to Master’s Degree: Those who were born no earlier than 01.01.1988,
• For applicants applying to Ph.D Degree: Those who were born no earlier than 01.01.1983,
• For applicants applying to Research Program: Those who were born no earlier than 01.01.1973,
• Applicants shouldn’t have any health problems barrier to education.
• It is expected to have certain academic score from candidates for each program and scholarship level. There are specific minimum score of the program that you are applying at “assessment and selection” section.
• Students who are currently studying in Türkiye are not allowed to apply to the level that they are already studying.

Application can only be made online through the official website. Candidates are required to submit/upload all the required information and/or documents through the application system.  Applications made by post, courier or by hand will not be accepted.
There are no institutions or individuals authorized to perform applications for Türkiye Scholarships on behalf of candidates.  Applications for Türkiye Scholarships will be accepted from 5 February-5 March 2018.

World Citizen Talent Scholarship for International Students

• Have been conditionally accepted as a student (also-called offer of student position) on or before 1 May for the upcoming academic year.

• are a national of (or permanently domiciled in) Africa, India or one of the countries of the Commonwealth (*see above) AND
•  are classed as an overseas student for fee purposes AND
•  have not already studied outside of your home country AND
• are not currently studying at a University of Nottingham campus or are not a University of Nottingham graduate AND
•  hold an offer to start a full-time masters degree programme, including MRes, at Nottingham for September 2018  in an area of study within the: Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Faculty of Science, and the Faculty of Social Science.

Applications will open soon in 2018.
Applicants must first have applied for and obtained an offer of study at Nottingham for September or October 2018 before they can apply for the scholarship.   Application for admission to study at Nottingham should be received at least six weeks before the scholarship closing date to allow time for the Admissions office to process the application and confirm your offer, before you can apply for the scholarship. Scholarship applications are done online before 23 March 2018 (12 midday UK time).
